Definition

Perhaps the most important aspect of the Definition phase is to understand your project before it even begins. Before even winning your project, we work with you to develop a high level description of your site, beginning with your current and target customers, the image you want to project and the message you want to send. Time well spent here helps us optimize your project for the best value.

After winning your project, we continue to develop more detailed specifications that are used to flow into the design and programming phases of the project. This often involves a functional wireframe, specification defining, how the site will work, understanding the competition, researching the options, and understanding how your customers will interact with your finished product.

Design

In the Design phase, we use an interactive spiral development methodology. We begin with the functional specifications and project definition, along with a general layout and look of the site with placeholder information. After our designers put their creative touch on the concept ideas, we collaborate with the customer through Design reviews and feedback sessions. We then take this feedback and further refine the look and feel of the site based on the comments. Together with our clients, we achieve the best result.

Build

In the Build phase, like in the Design phase, we use an interactive spiral development methodology with our Client involved throughout the process. We begin with the basic functions of the site and cycle through to the detail and complex functions. As we move thru this phase, the web site becomes further refined and comes to life as we bring together the design and specifications into the functioning product.

Perfect

In the Perfect phase, we thoroughly test the site. We use test cases developed off the client specifications that accurately depict how their customers/visitors will interact with the site. Only after we and the client are satisfied that the site functions as intended, do we move on to the next phase, Launch and Maintain.

Launch and Maintain

In the Launch phase, we work with our client to load the site pages, programming, databases, graphics and images onto the live server and ensure that all functions and features are present and operating as designed.
